Transition and change can be difficult without knowledge and wisdom. Through my process to natural hair, I have learned that my hair texture is beautiful. It's curly, trainable and easy to care for with the right product and touch. I am learning to love who I am naturally. Not to say that I will not grab some extra hair one day, but my hair is beautiful! Yep I said it...beautiful. Thank you Lord for a head full of hair. LOL

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar
I am a true fan of ACV. It has so many benefits. You will be surprised that the very thing you have in your cabinet can benefit you at least 5 different ways. I use apple cider vinegar to tone my skin and help reduce the size of large pores on my nose and cheeks. I also use it all over my skin because it cleans my face very well. The smell is very strong so be careful around your eyes and nostrils. It will wake you up for sure!
Apple cider vinegar is good for cleansing your scalp before washing with shampoo. My scalp and hair love it! I don't think I have used any other product for cleansing that really does what it says it will do like ACV. I also suffer from occassional scalp conditions and this knocks it out...no flakes when I am consistent. :)
Please check out my video for other tips.
