Transition and change can be difficult without knowledge and wisdom. Through my process to natural hair, I have learned that my hair texture is beautiful. It's curly, trainable and easy to care for with the right product and touch. I am learning to love who I am naturally. Not to say that I will not grab some extra hair one day, but my hair is beautiful! Yep I said it...beautiful. Thank you Lord for a head full of hair. LOL

My natural hair and safflower oil
Hi Friends, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I am so excited about the new year and my natural hair. I have been learning so much through trial and error and from other Naturals on youtube. I am so grateful for the network of ladies on there...They are very inspiring and creative. I am looking forward to more accessories and updos...just want to learn as much as possible. Also, I picked up the Garnier Fructis Shampoo and Conditioner. I honestly do not think it's for black hair. My hair is so hard afterwards and my daughter's is the same. But to not waste money I will use it until it's gone.
Also, I read an online article on http://atlanta.momslikeme.com about Safflower oil and belly fat. According to the article with taking two teaspoons a day, your belly fat will be reduced without changing your diet or exercise. I am on day 3 and it appears that there has been some shrinkage in my mid-section. I will post results too.
Be blessed!
